Weekly Meditation Classes
Starting again 7pm, Monday September 17th

MAKE MEDITATION a Daily practice

Take the stress out of life by learning the art of Meditation!

You will be taught various meditation practices which you can use in your own time for the purpose of relieving everyday stresses. In the design of my classes I draw on the writings of Jim Cogley (Wood you Believe), Eckhart Tolle (the Power of Now), Bhante Henepola Gunaratana (Mindfulness in Plain English), and Jon Kabat-Zinn (Full Catastrophe Living) amongst others.  We also do Chakra meditation, Insight and  Kriya Kirtin meditation. 
CD copies of meditations are available.
Sessions run every Monday evening except during holiday periods, starting on 17th September 2012
Time:7.00 pm prompt start (Sessions generally last between  1 to 1.5 hours.)

  7 sessions cost €80

Must be booked in advance as the number of participants is restricted to 10 persons maximum.
